Registration for courses in the winter semester 2024/25 is possible from 05.09.-16.09.2024 for courses with continuous assessment and from 05.09.2024-31.01.2025 for lectures.
Only students who fulfill the requirements according to the curriculum are entitled to participate in the courses. Proof of missing prerequisites must be provided no later than 4 weeks after the start of the semester (end of October). Until proof is provided, conditional admission to the course is possible if there are still places available.
In special circumstances (e.g. change to a new curriculum version, change of place of study, re-entry into a degree program etc.), an exemption can be requested from the Cuko chairperson or the Dean of Studies in order to be able to participate in the course(s) despite missing prerequisite(s).
After the registration deadline has expired, students are automatically allocated a fixed place in the course, in which the registrations are ranked according to the criteria below. Please note that the time of registration does not play a role in the ranking.
Students who remain on the waiting list are recommended to attend the first unit in order to maintain their chances of participation. Attendance at the first unit or excused absence is a prerequisite for retaining a fixed place.
